Four month break

Took 4 months off from training. It sucks because I worked really hard for a long 2 years before I took a long enough break to loose what I gained. I lost a lot. Time to gain it back. Today is the first day. Drinking during the week is cut, back to my diet and gym everyday. It shouldn't take long to get back to where I was. I got up to 180lbs before. I'm at 170 now. I'm shooting to hit 200lbs by June. I want to hit atleast 185-190 by my birthday (March).. So here we go

Fuck March..

This month has been one of the shittiest birthday months I have ever had. Kicking off turning 33 in the worst fucking way possible. I've had bad news thrown at me from all directions, I've fought over dumb shit, lost my fucking temper, can't sleep and worked my ass off on a daily basis for absolutely nothing. Well.. I can't really say nothing I do have a fat fucking wad of cash weighing down my jeans. Happy fucking birthday to me. Think I may disappear for a couple days next month

3rd week on cycle.. Abs came in out of nowhere. Weight is still 170-175 but I've dropped body fat. Muscle must have increased to keep weight at what it was. Working extra hard this last week

Dmz/500 reps

Week one down. 7 to go. Measurements in 3 weeks. Progress pics if I'm happy with what I see. First time in a long time I've been sober for more than 5 days. Continuing it for atleast 3 more weeks. Possibly longer if i feel like it. Ready for week 2. This is where the fun is supposed to start. We will see. I'm hungry, I'm tired and I need a massage.
