Watching the AMC horror fest. Friday the 13ths all day and night, kinda cheesey but whatever lol. My shoulders and neck are sore from growing. I'm making allllll kinndddsss of gains! (Quote from the hodge twins on YouTube, they are funny as hell) I could really use a couple shots and a back rub
