2012-2013

2012;
-alot of good memories
-alot of partying
-made some money
-a lot of good movies
-furthered my career
-met some cool ass people I now call my friends
- wasn't in a tsunami
-wasn't in a shooting
- wasn't in a war
-wasn't diagnosed with a terminal illness
-still have all my appendages
- still have my health
-put on about 20 lbs of muscle
-laughed alot
-learned a thing or 2 about girls and WOMEN
- didnt go to jail or get arrested
-ate alot of really good food
- got tattooed
- did some cool tattoos
-bought my daughter alot of stuff
- went to Vegas
Did I have a bad year? Hell no I didn't.

Plans for 2013
-going to Disney world in feb
-gonna be doing alot of traveling actually
-new car in a couple months
- my own place after a new car
-gonna get tattooed
-gonna do some cool tattoos
- Vegas atleast twice
- put on another 30lbs of muscle
- paint alot
-make some money
-meet more badass people
- do some crazy shit like sky dive
-and some other stuff I haven't thought up of yet

Current routine

Current routine

Mondays and Wednesdays:
-Benchpress 5sets/5reps 185lbs
-Military press 5sets/5reps 115lbs
-dumbbell press incline 3s/10r 45lbs each side
-dumbbell flys 3s/10r 25lbs each side
-bent over flys 3s/10r 20lbs each side
-dumbbell shrugs 5s/10r 55lbs each side

Tuesdays and Thursdays:
-Deadlift and shrug 5s/5r 230lbs
-bent over rows 3s/10r 45lbs each side
-pull-ups 3s/5r
-bicep curls 3s/10r 30lbs each side

Take in 3700 calories per day minimum

Current Supplements:
-cellmass, whey protein, fish oil, animal pak


Road to 200 lbs

Current program

Monday and Wednesday:
-bench press 5sets of 5 @ 185lbs
-standing military press 5sets of 5 @ 115lbs
-incline dumbbell press 3sets of 10 @ 50lbs each side
-dumbbell flys 3sets of 10 @ 25lbs each side
-bent over dumbbell flys 5sets of 5 @ 20lbs each side
-dumbbell shrugs 3sets of 15 @ 55lbs each side

Tuesday and Thursday:
-deadlift and shrug 5sets of 5 @ 225lbs
-bent over rows 5sets of 10 @ 45lbs each side
-pull-ups 3sets of 10
-bicep curls 3sets of 10 @ 30lbs each side
-hanging leg raises 5set of 15

After every workout I do 10 min of a slow jog on the treadmill for cardio

Take in 3700 calories minimum per day

Current supplements: cellmass, whey protein, animal pak and fish oil
