Road to 200 lbs

Current program

Monday and Wednesday:
-bench press 5sets of 5 @ 185lbs
-standing military press 5sets of 5 @ 115lbs
-incline dumbbell press 3sets of 10 @ 50lbs each side
-dumbbell flys 3sets of 10 @ 25lbs each side
-bent over dumbbell flys 5sets of 5 @ 20lbs each side
-dumbbell shrugs 3sets of 15 @ 55lbs each side

Tuesday and Thursday:
-deadlift and shrug 5sets of 5 @ 225lbs
-bent over rows 5sets of 10 @ 45lbs each side
-pull-ups 3sets of 10
-bicep curls 3sets of 10 @ 30lbs each side
-hanging leg raises 5set of 15

After every workout I do 10 min of a slow jog on the treadmill for cardio

Take in 3700 calories minimum per day

Current supplements: cellmass, whey protein, animal pak and fish oil
