Current routine

Mondays and Wednesdays:
-Benchpress 5sets/5reps 185lbs
-Military press 5sets/5reps 115lbs
-dumbbell press incline 3s/10r 45lbs each side
-dumbbell flys 3s/10r 25lbs each side
-bent over flys 3s/10r 20lbs each side
-dumbbell shrugs 5s/10r 55lbs each side

Tuesdays and Thursdays:
-Deadlift and shrug 5s/5r 230lbs
-bent over rows 3s/10r 45lbs each side
-pull-ups 3s/5r
-bicep curls 3s/10r 30lbs each side

Take in 3700 calories per day minimum

Current Supplements:
-cellmass, whey protein, fish oil, animal pak
