-bought my daughter alot of stuff
- went to Vegas
Did I have a bad year? Hell no I didn't.

Plans for 2013
-going to Disney world in feb
-gonna be doing alot of traveling actually
-new car in a couple months
- my own place after a new car
-gonna get tattooed
-gonna do some cool tattoos
- Vegas atleast twice
- put on another 30lbs of muscle
- paint alot
-make some money
-meet more badass people
- do some crazy shit like sky dive
-and some other stuff I haven't thought up of yet

Mondays and Wednesdays:
-Benchpress 5sets/5reps 185lbs
-Military press 5sets/5reps 115lbs
-dumbbell press incline 3s/10r 45lbs each side
-dumbbell flys 3s/10r 25lbs each side
-bent over flys 3s/10r 20lbs each side
-dumbbell shrugs 5s/10r 55lbs each side

Tuesdays and Thursdays:
-Deadlift and shrug 5s/5r 230lbs
-bent over rows 3s/10r 45lbs each side
-pull-ups 3s/5r
-bicep curls 3s/10r 30lbs each side

Take in 3700 calories per day minimum

Current Supplements:
-cellmass, whey protein, fish oil, animal pak


Road to 200 lbs

Current program

Monday and Wednesday:
-bench press 5sets of 5 @ 185lbs
-standing military press 5sets of 5 @ 115lbs
-incline dumbbell press 3sets of 10 @ 50lbs each side
-dumbbell flys 3sets of 10 @ 25lbs each side
-bent over dumbbell flys 5sets of 5 @ 20lbs each side
-dumbbell shrugs 3sets of 15 @ 55lbs each side

Tuesday and Thursday:
-deadlift and shrug 5sets of 5 @ 225lbs
-bent over rows 5sets of 10 @ 45lbs each side
-pull-ups 3sets of 10
-bicep curls 3sets of 10 @ 30lbs each side
-hanging leg raises 5set of 15

After every workout I do 10 min of a slow jog on the treadmill for cardio

Wedding, alcohol and neck tattoos

Got to go to Marlaina and Jeffery's wedding yesterday. It was a super nice ceremony and reception. I wish you guys the best! thank you for inviting me. Wish I could have stayed longer. I sobered up at the perfect time. Had a situation come up and I feel I handled it with nothing but class and respect. All in all it was an awesome night. Got to meet some cool people. I get my neck tattooed tomorrow. Herb Auerbach, California electric in Santa Cruz. He's an awesome artist and I'm super excited he's doing my neck. It's been hard for me to hold on to money the past few months. Having to pay back what I owe people and pay for a disneyworld trip for me and Bean in February has been draining my pockets so I feel very lucky my girl Ariana is helping me get this session locked in. Thanksgiving

I'm going to eat like a pig today much like I do everyday anyway. I'm going to be lazy, sit on my ass and watch movies allday. What am I thankful for... Besides the obvious (friends, family, daughter, ect) I'm thankful for tattooing, good movies, not having needless drama, the ancient aliens who created us, the walking dead, Xbox 360, batman, dodge for remaking the challenger, mma, bodybuilding, the Internet, my iPhone, people falling down and it getting captured on video, the good life, good art work, always having a bit of cash in my pocket on the daily

Hyper shred / 6pack come back!!

Well, I've been bulking for a while now. I made some big gains and made the numbers on the scale go up 13+ lbs... It's time to cut. I put on some decent muscle and I also put on some nice belly fat lol.. Time to get that 6 pack back. I'm gonna starting a cycle of hyper shred by bsn. It's a thermogeneic fat burner. Supposed to be pretty good, we will see. So time to drop the belly that I worked all this time for. I'm gonna do 8 weeks of cutting then another round of bulking. Ill keep you posted

5/3/1

Starting a new lifting program tomorrow called 5/3/1.. It's a strength and size program. Powerlifting shit. I'm getting more into the strength area of things rather than trying to get a "body".. I kinda wanna see how strong I can get. I'm kinda over the beach body thing honestly. I'm not trying to be a model. I do wanna be able to rip someone in half though. Lets see what happens. Squats, deadlifts, bench presses and military presses all day. Keeping up with my diet and supplements. I'm doing pretty good. I feel really good and I am noticing changes in my body, it's only been like a month and a half. Lets see if this 5/3/1 program progresses me further

Trying to get big

For those interested in my diet, here it is:
-5000 cal. Minimum per day over 4-6 meals including cytogainer

-supplements: animal test, animal pak, cellmass, cytogainer, casein protein, fish oil

My work out is one I put together my self. It's all mass gaining (heavy as you can lift at low rep/sets). Bench press, squats, deadlifts and shoulder presses as main focus with some extra shoulder and chest stuff thrown in. Recently added a crazy barbell shrug routine (Trapasaurus Rex lol) basically its 12 sets of shrugs and it fucking hurts. pretty much an hour and a half of lifting every other day. going for mass And strength not model body right now. Should be interesting to see how I'll change being that I'm so thin

The hardest part about what I'm trying right now is the diet. The cytogainer does make it easier though because I don't have to keep stuffing food into my face I can just drink a shake. Other than that it's not so bad. The first 2weeks were the hardest. It's working though. I'm already seeing results

True colors

Destroying something some one put a piece of themselves into is wrong. Destroying art work someone made for you is wrong no matter what the situation. It is not replaceable. It can only be made once and is invaluable. One of my favorites was destroyed. I will think twice before painting something for a gift ever again. I dont hate anyone but I definitely look at them in a different way. words cannot describe how i feel right now

Day 1

Started my supplements yesterday and am doing my first official workout as soon as I get home from the shop. I'm taking in atleast 5000 calories a day (difficult) but I feel good.
